Working culture is quite good. Managers are really supportive. Salary is more consistent than your breath here.

Dislikes

Vacation policies are different for every project going around. I think there should be consistency regardless of project. Accomodation & other facilities need to be improved as that makes employees more happy after tiring work whole day. Discrimination Gap b/w TCN & korean employee needs to be shortened as that makes people feel more bad when all we are humans & earning for same bread.

Hanwha Engineering & Construction Company is building Construction project. I love to work with good colleagues. They are various position backgrounds and they work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slowly. Sometimes the work pressure is very high.

Actually, I am not Dislike Hanwha E&C Company. but I am not a permanent employee in Hanwha, I am working in BNCP in IRAQ Project contractual based.

I like this company for its working system and its own methods. Also its team working thinking working freedom and money,life security etc.

Its all everything good but they don't want to understand workers mind.And also have no vacation system in our project.
