Started from project work is good and staff related no issue Like salary and duty time and luch timing is good

Project ending condition is not good like Contractor payment issue and staff salary issue and lot's off have many issue like this.

...job security just in a near future. Telling V/s Doing scenerio is too different. They are offering lower salary to workers /labours/foreman then actually offered salary at the time of interview in workers 's home country. They force to sign again employment contract showing lesser salary then at the time of interview in their home country. Work safety is down to poor. Just progress point of view thinking Chinese staff.

...agement is not good. Like i am mechanical engineer but i didn't work mechanical. No problem i have do other work but not promote not bonus etc.

Everything about CSC is a dislike first they say its a permanent role but after you come here you know this is contract biases and no job security . they don't have interest in safety and quality all they want is progress if you insist for safety and quality you will be terminated immediately and the salary is biggest scam you won’t get salary for 2 months after joining they will hold the salary For 55days after that they will deposit salary and that too salary credit date is 20-25 of next month almost 40-50 days you have to wait for the salary and its all poor management all people are from mostly north side its all politics . No proper time management morning bus starts at 730am to reach the site and at night it will start at 830pm you have to travel for the work everyday almost 20kms at the time you reach it will be almost 9 o clock
