Company is cash rich. Office is at a very good location & well maintained

Dislikes

MD is non-technical and hardly understands the technical aspects & requirements of the projects. All decisions are based on the price criteria. Horrible work culture. All they want from us is to work as a coordinator or PA for MD. He is mostly interested in non technical things like procurement & logistics updates. He expects we update him daily on where the material has reached. Or the Machines or the project has been painted or not. They don't plan anything or appreciate any plan. Whatever MD says has to be completed first even if it doesn't have any urgency. Completely unstructured company. You'll survive only if you butter the MD & too management daily.
