Its my pleasure working with this company . I have been working in this company from the past 2 years . I would say all my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is constant and will be high in bad times. Sometimes, we used to put extra effort and work for more than 10 hours. On the appraisals, part, they need to focus and give more priority based on the experience level as well as hierarchy.

Likes

Being product-based company, there is good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

HR and some director-level people do not listen to you. If you are not in their good books, you will not get any salary hike or promotions. The bad part is that these so-called Directors/HR teams make fun of people in an open forum; they don't know how to behave. If you don't listen to them, they will create a situation or force you to resign. Management was good during Sigma's days but has been worse since Hansen acquired it, as current Management and HR are just working as they wish.

Likes

Good exposure to technology if you are part of the R&D team. Reasonable salary as compared to market standards.

Dislikes

Very poor communication and intent to raise employees' awareness around what is happening in the organization, vision, strategy, execution etc. No training or career-building path at senior levels, you are on your own after a point. A lot of politics with new Hansen management and actual work is never appreciated, you need to remain in the good books of your bosses sitting outside of India to get good appraisals and promotions. Post Sigma's acquisition, Hansen has killed the innovation track which kept people interested in the work.

Good policies, Job Security, and average work culture.

Dislikes

Decent Compensation but growth is slow. Managers do not value employees and don't stand for them. No professional growth. Only a handful amount of people are always put further even if their work is average.

Good company culture. Worklife balance is good.

Dislikes

The senior management does not know when to hire and fire people. Their sales / marketing team is not doing good. They have not acquired any new customer or project in the last one year.
