1-2% appraisals. Frequently changing policies, floor meetings. You’ll get a call when you resign and it’s pure emotional play to retain you without paying extra.

To be a self learner. Little help we get from team members. Tough clients. System critical projects. Lots of creativity required. No managing business..

...hing much to dislike, probably only the job security is a tad on the lower side. Getting in to the company with higher pay would be great idea.
