Nothing to like and this will remain the same for another decade because of the thought process of the mean management. Forgot to tell that we enjoy emotional drama the management play with the employees, award winning performance with females.

Dislikes

1-2% appraisals. Frequently changing policies, floor meetings. You’ll get a call when you resign and it’s pure emotional play to retain you without paying extra.

The helplessness of Leads and HR team. HR abide to what the management says and favour girls. This happens to specific girls(of any age) who accepts the ill mannered behaviour of male management, HR never condemns but arranges everything for them, Leads appreciate these girls only. The Leads and HR are really loyal to management.

Dislikes

Tech stack is outdated. Poor softwares as their focus is on exploiting resources, taking advantage of girls and terminating the employees who come to know about the ill mannered activities happening with girls. The Management is incapable of ensuring healthy work environment and often change the policies. It doesn’t function as a software company as the management focus is on different activities.
