Loved the work culture and easy-going atmosphere at the company. Supervisors and mentors were very helpful and supportive even though I was totally a fresher.

Pay could be better. A lot of field sales processes could be optimized better so as to get quality results and not waste time.

Decent pay and good career opportunities after working under this firm.

Dislikes

1) The company has an autocratic style of working. Your manager rules over you and you are his/her slave. 2) There is constant work pressure and you are demanded to work on weekends. 3) Managers will keep delegating the work and will take leaves and chill while you work on the weekend. 4) Employees are not respected much and are reduced to a slave helper working for the company. 5) Managers force you to work faster, as they have a fake deadline from the client. The deadline will be a few days or weeks in the line, but no, for them, the deadline is tomorrow.

The.mentors I have are very good. They take interest in your learning and actually teach you.

Dislikes

They are short staffed. The work load is a lot. They have unnecessary processes in place to get simple things done As a Research executive everything ends up being your responsibility the support staff or other functional teams take little ownership of the tasks. Due to which the researchers spend their time getting work done from the other teams and have less time to focus on their own work.

Nothing at all.

Dislikes

If you have to good then you need to do bad at the back of seniors. And if you do it then you are the best employee. And for low grade employee there're no systematic in the company. 9k to 10k is the minimum salary in this company. Which is for field workers & store keepers.
