...nager & QTL was not, Management work on favouritism, No appraisals were satisfy. No bonus nothing.

There is a lot of politics which management doesn't address. There was no learning.

The organization wants to grow and give growth opportunities at junior management level. A lot of emphasis on employee training to gain new and improve on existing skillsets.

...were seen for the time I worked there. Lot of politics in giving out promotions. Compensation is average. Skip level meetings are conducted but feedback is not kept confidential and is leaked out,

Work culture is okk, not much pressure and time bound things.

I worked there for 4 yrs and 7 months, in covid era I admitted in covid center, in that situation also I worked I support as no one willing to take my work load, but when appraisal time come company forget me or my superior not highlight my support at that situation, I wasn't got salary hike but other operation person got. Very very disappointed for me. I haven't received salary hike for last 2 yrs finally I moved to other job. There is ZERO value to MIS executive in this company and the person who don't have knowledge are on high post, how talent acquisition work in this company is the question.

...riyani he is such a nonsense guy he don't know how to communicate with person .And they don't Increase the salary of employees who is working frm 3 year .And The Trainer and The Trainer Manager they don't know how to talk with employee guys pls if you want job dont go for interview in hansa direct.
