Salary on time with Documentations (Payslips, Attendance record) HR policy's are really good. Professionalism. Professional growth is only for South Indian States.

Dislikes

Managers/Team leads don't allow their team members to get promoted. Huge amount of partiality is done. If employee is not from South then there is no chances to get increment/hikes/promotions. Even managers & team leads are behaving worst. And if seniors and juniors are from same place then there will be a good bonding which helps for learning & development. One can find all top position employees are belong from South Indian States. Is it really truth that rest of the States employees are dumb fellow!? Officially working days are Monday to Friday. But we have to work every Saturday. (Employees can happily work on Saturday for business needs if it's calculating 6 days official working days).

...inate 1000+ employees without any notice. Just before 2 days they terminated us! The process has been ramped down and they are not willing even to pay and fulfill the F&F things.

Dislikes

Everything. They make you work for 10+ hours. They promise that you are full time then fire you without any notice or payment. ALL SMEs, TL, associates, and mangers get the same payment. And the CEO is the mastermind, as he has a lot of projects on hand but still he will fire you. They bully you! They forced us to put down papers for resignation. They don't want to make their image BAD.

Salary and work from home was the blessing.

They failed in terms of providing the job security to the aspirants. They also performed the inhumane and unethical practice of giving the massive layoffs, which if it was very urgent then it could be done in ethical manner, but the organisation failed in this aspect.

Unfair production hours and downtime are always calculated wrong. Will make you work extra and no OT pay. While hiring they seek people who are willing to work in the company for more than 1 year and can work for more than 10 hours. But will fire you within a few months or even a few weeks.
