Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...inate 1000+ employees without any notice. Just before 2 days they terminated us! The process has been ramped down and they are not willing even to pay and fulfill the F&F things.

Dislikes

Everything. They make you work for 10+ hours. They promise that you are full time then fire you without any notice or payment. ALL SMEs, TL, associates, and mangers get the same payment. And the CEO is the mastermind, as he has a lot of projects on hand but still he will fire you. They bully you! They forced us to put down papers for resignation. They don't want to make their image BAD.

...ime paid and no provided leaves also No security at all. No opportunity to grow. they ask us to use our own system and don't even pay for internet allowances and randomly lays off people

Nothing! Work hours were insanely long (10+ hours), managers were not helpful, salary was very low but the worst part even after earning in dollars from their international clients that we worked for, they scammed us and didn't even give us out experience certificates and PF amounts.

Dislikes

They made us work overtime for hours also without any extra pay by claiming maliciously that we were not completing production hours where in fact we were completing our production hours and targets every single day!! Pathetic work environment! Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all!!!!!

They have permanent wfh and better salary. That when I should have gone for a second thought, within 1 month they have fired thousands of employees who are working both from home & office.

...ey forced us to put down the papers and wanted us to send the resignation mails. Yet they haven't provided complete salary and relieving letter and PF was pending. No answer when I am trying to reach HRs. One of the biggest nightmare of my life Please think twice when you want to join. This organisation will definitely leave a black spot on our profile
