Job responsibilities is not as per the profile ,for deputy manager company have set rules and standards like long arm sales...selfie is must at every counter in what's app ,then mapping of every counter in app,plus 15+ counter visit every day and that too no car working is allowed ...over billing done by RM and ASM have no idea about the regional geography and expect the deputy manager to do 100percent secondary of the distributor ...my location is in punjab ...TA DA is very very poor ...75 rs per day locale and 225 for touring ....every closing they call the PAN punjab team to Delhi and do forcefully overbilling to sales account without even asking the territory incharge ....

Too much Work much pressure. Poor salary hike Too much Politics No support from HR They treat saturday sunday as Work from home day.. pathetic..and force to work on weekends. Bosses are shouting everytime in every department.

Very good company, no tension , no pressure, y need to work in a cool environment. Management is very cool , job security , learning opportunities. Salary is not very high

It was a nice experience while I was working with Halonix. It's an innovative company adapating all new methods for employees and introducing innovative product in to the market. It's a good company to work. Managements are taking care of their employees in a very nice manner. We will have a good work life balance also. Thanks for the management for giving a chance to work there. I wish company all success l.

There is a work life balance in the organisation and no restrictions close the task on urgent basis.

Dislikes

Due to some inappropriate people in the organisation, the atmosphere of working is very dull. There is a partiality between the team mates by the Manager.
