...y Directors and above are old friends and they play cheap politics to survive. They will make you work like donkey for a lower salary. HRs are the big cheaters as they promise a lot during joining and vanish out of thin air once you join. The management people are small kids who fight for candies.

Nothing, the salary was decent. But there are zero benefits.

Management is very very very dangerous. They can fire you because it is LLP. EMs are always at risk in this company. I have seen people getting fired left right and center. Blame culture is established by the CTO and it is blindly followed by the other leaders. It is a shame to call anyone a leader here because they will save themselves first and kick out their engineers if asked to do so.

I am working as a SDET engineer for more than 2 years now. I am very glad that I joined here instead of joining a top retain giant. Growth is completely based on performance. The performance is tracked during DSMs, Monthly catch up with the EMs and half yearly reviews. The learning curve is also very steep as you will be working with the lasted tech stack. All of us are encouraged to research through and share the knowledge with each other through Tech-know shows. The HC team in Bangalore is the best I have worked with. They are ready to support us irrespective of working day or holidays. If you are sincere about your growth this is the right place for you to grow. 4 days in a month we have to come to office, this hybrid method helps to have good work-life balance . The calendar for the face time is shared few months in advance for us to plan the travel and stay better

Nothing. There is nothing to like about this company apart from few good colleagues.

The management and HR are too toxic. They know they are doing wrong, the HRs know that they are doing wrong, the people know everything is wrong, and still no one is doing anything about it. There is a bad culture of blame. Miss a deadline, the management people will come running after you, and you will be on a watchlist. No matter how good you are, you will always be on the watchlist. And if you join now, be ready to get fired anytime. Thank god I was fired and I found a much better opportunity right after my exit. Management advice: Long meetings will take you down one day, as they are bugs, not features.
