Working with HCPL is awesome I like the way they treated or trained me. Also helped to improve my skill of developing reaction. And solving the queries and problems occurring in plant batches .

Working as Executive officer since all the batches are independently Handling. Lots of pressure of batches as well simultaneously sop writing. Daily minimumly 3 to 4 batches or even more with all workups and final result reports is not possible but I have done daily completed with no complaints Iam so sorry if taunt any inconvenience But the truth fact is that they requires 2 officer but I did it with myself only. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
