Working with HCPL is awesome I like the way they treated or trained me. Also helped to improve my skill of developing reaction. And solving the queries and problems occurring in plant batches .

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Working as Executive officer since all the batches are independently Handling. Lots of pressure of batches as well simultaneously sop writing. Daily minimumly 3 to 4 batches or even more with all workups and final result reports is not possible but I have done daily completed with no complaints Iam so sorry if taunt any inconvenience But the truth fact is that they requires 2 officer but I did it with myself only. That improve my skill and experience but Start body isusse so I lefted
