The company is open to innovation about food and readly adopt me technology and machines. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, good quality products and has a global clien base.

Dislikes

Compensation is good ,growth is slow the work pressure is high. Some times I have to work 14-15 hours .I have to face problems after duty over .Manager do not value an individual unique strength.

...heat with the employee they do not coprate to any employee if you are in system.if you resigned the company HR and Manager will hold your salary and do not take any action for FNF.they never pick your call.Very bad experience in working of this company.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
