The work culture and work timings are terrible. Salary compensation is on the lower side. There is no arrangement for skill development or product training. Work pressure is very high as you have to work for 12-18 hrs a day and even on Sunday. Apprasail and appreciation is not provided for motivation and sometimes it becomes a pain and you want to runaway for the whole setup.

It is quite place to work in the company. The best part is that if you are working there you get a chance to intract with the wide range of people. So you do not feel bored. Another best part is that company provide providential fund services also medical emergency services. Also the behaviour of employees very good.

Ham Haldiram ka naam bhut samay se sunte chale aa rahe hai. Iske products bhut hi acche hote hai.mere ghar me bhi Haldiram ki Namkeen use hoti hai. Mera Manna hai ki jiske products acche hai to wo company bhi acchi hogi.

National Holiday missing, no Gratuity, company is Haldiram Bhujiwala Ltd , but see in pf and esic is Haldiram Bhujiwala pvt. Ltd., Company's owner language third class, but office staff is good
