Salary was given on time every month, say 7th to 10th of each month.

Dislikes

We can't get an emergency leave if any shutdown works are commenced. All the seniors will roam in their native village most of the time and staffs who are working in site can't get vacation on time.

Expertise in Cement and steel plant constructions ,Most suitable for beginners and growing Mechanical Engineers.Site facilities for staff ,technicians are good and take more care too.Work culture are good ,you need not fear about the client.Work at site safety and Quality are their first mantra!!!

One man army,Salary delay one month for staff are there and mostly depends on site clients payment,also vary site to site conditions. Financial pressure may arise some time.You cannot demand regular payout.

...wing future, the sr. management not take care about employees family and future. They are given salary every four month latter, etc... ( I am talk about UDAYPUR REGION only)

Salary getting very late, almost 2.5 months late for one month. No ,one is there to listen employee problem. No growth in salary and position. Extreme pressure of working .

New mechanical technics for freshers, all type of mechanical works learn practically like fabrication, erection,all mechanical operations.

...or new freshers trainee, work culture is rubbish,no proper safety and equipment. Very less salary for trainee even labour have good salary benefits,supervisor and engineers work very hard but salary is very less.
