Salary and other variables are comparatively low when compared to other companies. Appraisal is also just basic.

    1) Extensive training. 2) Salary on time. 3) Expenses on time.

    Dislikes

    1) Too much work pressure and very little salary. You are expected to work 7 days a week because the client is free on Saturdays and Sundays! 2) Very niche segment. Good for beginners who are starting their career, but for experienced players, you will hardly handle a respectable revenue! The whole segment does very little revenue and the category hardly has any focus by the top management! 3) Dumping culture! Even when the company knows that the product will sell through extensive travel and efforts! The distributor feels the pressure and eventually closes down! 4) Blame game environment! You face the pressure of wrong decisions by the higher management, and when all goes wrong, the blame will be put on you! 5) No market standing - Dealers hardly treat your product with respect! You are always begging for orders! 6) No marketing by the higher management, which can help sell the product! 7) Unrealistic sample boxes given for showing samples! You are expected to carry 30kg sample box which don’t even fit in your car! Worse, if you don’t have a car, you carry the 30kg sample box in taxi with you! 8) No value for hardworking employees! No praise for doing the job right and all the blame for missing the unrealistic target for a month! 9) Hardly any salary hike! You run around like a donkey for a peanut percentage hike! Overall- If you join the hardware vertical, you are king, if you join any other luxury vertical- you are worse than a beggar in the market! The luxury segment of Hafele hardly sells!
