Poor benefits no bonus very harsh for employees. Huge pressure for target, un realistic target approach, employees are treated as Nil as they think their brand is every thing. Poor atmosphere for employees

hbl banking is hanging advance technology in all aspects like softwere,paperless banking and easy banking..hbl is biggest bank in pakistan..

hr is slow like if you have to activate account you feel big trouble..staff will dispatch documents which will take much time

I enjoyed my so far journey with HBL comprises of almost 12 years. Started very early immediately after my graduation from zero level as Cash Officer and within a short span of 10' years I become MANAGER-II purely on merit , which itself speaks it meritocracy and transparency leading to its mission and vision.Though my services were terminated through an organised conspiracy but still I will rate HBL as top brand of the ERA from south pole to North pole. I can not forget the contribution of HBL in making me, it will just and proper to say that I AM HBL.

Job security is an issue not only for HBL but for the whole private sector especially after enforcement of "WOMEN PROTECTION ACT" & WHISTLE BLOW which are being used against its essence and spirit specially in remote areas where Gender specific culture is in vogue at large.
