The company is manufacturing hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power pack, hydraulic tile press and try to new technology. I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product has client base. As a result I get to travel Rajasthan,up,hariyana,Nepal.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
