Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily vadops latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, i have to work 10 hour straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the day manager do not value an individual unique which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.
