Management want to make more money for which they assign unnecessary tasks on the name of system upgradation which make imbalance in work timelines and hierarchy of tasks. MD and Management had announced bonus in written but never paid to employee. If you're b.tech and diploma you've no worth for them but you have million cost course from NICMAR, RICS, SPA Etc. they will give you special treatment, no matter what potential you have. There is no HR Policies, they just mention this word in every paper but all depends on there will.

...y and i didn't get sufficient increment at time comperatively to my colleague... Company paying to my colleagues 2 time more than my salary those have same experience.. I don't have good experience with this company.. And i never suggest this company for others.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to invitation and use latest technology.. I love the fact I am a part of a team that market reliable, High quality work and and global clients base .. As a result, I learnt everything About Highway dipartment as a junior engineer..

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow. They work pressure is very High . Sometimes, I have to work 14-22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night .

Standard operation procedure of HGIEL is not up to mark and it doesn't suits for the infrastructure works especially like NH works. The main reason is that, the work atmosphere is with live traffic and adjacent to urban and rural areas. Some liberance and need to have good bonding with the people's and local administration. Need improve more. Less experience in public sector. There sop suits of IT sector not for hardware and infrastructure industry.
