Few senior's were very helpful at times .

Dislikes

They Accept you to work on weekend's as well , if you take any sick leave you are gone get fired more then 3 employees just got fired because of the very same reason , they will fire you once your contribution for the project gets over ,

Decent hikes Terrible work culture

Dislikes

No work life balance. No job security. Many developers are forced to work on more than one project. They want developers who can work like a donkey. if they don't have projects they will layoff anytime.
