Dislikes

Salary structure is shady, includes the insurance and gratuity in component. Very bad managers especially in SAP technical. Except your immediate seniors, nobody will help/guide you for future. Very hurting policies and they change frequently for the worst. Heavy pressure and lack of new technologies. Micromanaging managers and also get into personal life. Politics is rampant favoring a few who praise the managers.

...anagement behaves like a school. Doesn't care about employees career and health. Schedules the meeting in weekends with CEO(Who will ask us to pay fine if we don't go on video).

No one likes anything here. Just sake of survival, people are working here.

(9) Above all you will get variable pay only if you have projects(I know people who worked for projects but never got variable pay, so sad). (10) 40% are kanada, 40% odiya, 20% are others. (11) you will get job, appraisal, job security if you are odiya. (12) overall rating is Negative. Believe me or its a hell if you work here. (13) Don't get fooled by HR negotiation. smile and move away from this company. all the best mama.

...y week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 2. They don't give exact salary. At the time of Joining in Offer letter Mentiones 4.5 Lpa but they don't give that much they give only 3.44 lakh rest of the amount they will deduct with unnecessary reason. 3. They are happy to screw the employee career 4. Hire in bulk for doing research on high end niche market report. Provide no proper training after joining. Mass hiring are done in just 4 to 5 months and then fire them from company by unncessary reason. 5. Complete family run busines sAnd they havent fire the employee who are from there region/state. They havent fire till now any single employee from there region. 6. Manager dont have any idea about what is going on to the team. From my team we dont have project and manager is also not doing anything from past 10 months she just saying that will be put on project but that day never comes.She was just doing timepass activity from us and saying that you will learn lot of things from here. Advice to Management No Advice as they can not improve in any case.. Just one thing please do not play with some one's career.

Depends on the team and your mentor. You can land up to good opportunities. Onsites are far easier to get for senior employees compared to other organizations since they are expanding across continents

Dislikes

Worst Management Will never go for salary correction and will keep you underpaid as much as they can If you are a fresher please refrain from joining and signing any bonds. You will not learn any process as a software engineer if you are working in in house projects. Avoid being manipulated by any of the hrs. Feel free to avoid this entire review and you will come to the same realization.
