Salary : Strongly negotiable, though will most probably get an increment after the completion of a year if you are reappointed after summer vacations. Travel: sometimes once or twice a year as a staff trip. Politics: one needs to be firm with your decisions. Learning and innovation: A lot. Submission of Extensive monthly lesson plans for each chapter of all your classes, timely submission for notebook attestation of each student of all your classes every month. Preparation of examination papers with learning outcomes question wise blueprint based on knowledge understanding application. Work life balance: one needs to be very adept in time management in order to not get overwhelmed. With time it becomes manageable.

... career growth are 2 big challenges which could be overcome by good performance. Salary needs to be strongly negotiated bit there's room for growth.

I really like the way they entice you to work in the institution. They'll give you a picture of what an amazing experience it would be to work here and would assign you various classes. They'll pretend how professional the school and the staff is. The best part is the beneficial classes that they provide which they charge extra money from the parents and would tell the teacher that it's optional for her/him to take those classes.

Dislikes

There's nothing that you'd dislike about the school. It's an amazing place to gain experience and work ethics. They say, 'You need to know what you don't want, in order to know what you want in life'. I would say every professional must work here in order to get a redirection in their career. One definitely learns a lot by working in this reputed and well respected institution. More love and power to Gyan Mandir Public school. Truly grateful.
