Every thing is bad. No work satisfaction, No career growth. You will feel. Burdened . No life is left if u join this school. Grade pay is terribly low. You will get ur worst experience here. You even work on Sundays.

Teammates and work work environment : very cooperative and amiable Training : self learning Job Security: Depends on how you are able to keep up with the school work and result + how students adapt to you Career growth: Once a prt almost always a prt, though may depend on your luck. They may hire you as permanent after 4-5 years. Salary : Strongly negotiable, though will most probably get an increment after the completion of a year if you are reappointed after summer vacations. Travel: sometimes once or twice a year as a staff trip. Politics: one needs to be firm with your decisions. Learning and innovation: A lot. Submission of Extensive monthly lesson plans for each chapter of all your classes, timely submission for notebook attestation of each student of all your classes every month. Preparation of examination papers with learning outcomes question wise blueprint based on knowledge understanding application. Job security and career growth are 2 big challenges which could be overcome by good performance. Salary needs to be strongly negotiated bit there's room for growth.

One is thoroughly engaged almost all the time. Eh...hehe heh. .. a great learning experience though.
