This company is very bad. There is no clear rule for salary increase. Only people who is friendly with the production head get salary hike easily. If you don’t please her, you will never get a raise. They don’t care about your work or experience. Always politics and favouritism.Some people pretend to resign just to get a salary hike and more than one time. If you say the right things to the production head and associates you will be promoted easily. Don’t join this company. It will ruin your career.

In painting production, working place is no doubt beautiful, previously working culture and atmosphere was quite fine ,but day by day it decreases. First of all working time ,is very short, you haven't much time to work freely, if you go to bathroom team leaders ask why are you so late !!!Always have mental pressure. You cannot carry mobile except break time .Overtime duty occur. If anyone deny to work in ot ,company management, team leaders force him/her to work on it not directly but also in behaviour they try to make you understood that you have to do Ot otherwise you are very guilty. Have no any promotion system, and salary increment system. Very remote location no any medical store ,food court . Lunch provided by office but if you long time intake the food surely you have to suffer from stomach problems. And besic need drinking water , office provided barrell water but dirty and so many times many people suffer from health issues related to drinking water . And transport problem, after 7.30 pm bus availablelity shortage. And after 9 pm no any bus available. Many more issues can't elaborate.

Remote location. Overcrowded busses and travel facilities are only provided to a few favoured teams. Biased management. Excessive work politics. Engaging with management is challenging; conversations feel public, discouraging open and honest dialogue. No regular increment plan, leaving employees uncertain about the financial growth and career advancement. Company doesn’t even cover half of PPF. Food availability is very bad. The company has significant issues that affects employees satisfaction and well-being. If you value fair, supportive work-environment, it’s best to consider other options.

The production head, Kiran’s performance and management style is questionable. It has become increasingly evident that she operates as a family leader than as a corporate professional, creating a work environment that prioritizes personal relationships over merit. Her inefficiency is compounded by her tendency to shield those who are close to her, such as her work-daughter,Ruchika(embroidery-sampling-head) and her work-son,Nasir(embroidery head). The Family-centric approach has led to a lack of accountability and transparency, ultimately affecting overall productivity. Rather than fostering a culture of professionalism, she seems more focused on promoting individuals based on personal connections, rather than actual performance. Her attempts to highlight certain team members to the management through exaggerated praise and pseudo-qualities are concerning. This not only undermines true talents but also skews the perception and performance of the team. The environment has become where favouritism prevails, and those who choose to flatter her or become her family members, find their needs’ met. This dynamic is detrimental for anyone who is not willing to participate in her family-business.
