Worst management. They will not hire new employee even if work load is high. No motivation, no caring, no work life balance. Only politics and people have to work like slave for 13 hours a day and book only 8 hours...daily you will receive urgent request and daily will have worst planning meeting and daily submission

It is very small organisation management hierarchy, so they taking care about each employee concerns. Afternoon free lunch, Hybrid model helps worklife balance. Also, good head count of overall organisation is boosted since 2020 to now. Can learn from scratch to end on any new projects.

Dislikes

It is mid scale developing organisation, the management is keep trying to getting new projects from clients. So we need to wait a little. Also, due to this the next grade change possibility is also will get delay.

Good place to grow and learn about drugs and getting to know about pharmaceutical industry relating to GMP, Regulatory affairs and compliance As a fresher it's good start with friendly nature and flexible working time
