Nothing to like: worst company they Hold the 15 Days employees salary not giving slary on time always late , poor facility no proper food & accommodation suggest every one not to Go GVPR it is Hell

They Not providing salary upto 2 month after joining they worries that employee not to exit, After joining and seeing worst employees facilities the employee not able to leave early they keep hold the salary upto month , suggest every one not to Go GVPR it is Hell

While leaving a job they torcher you mentally.Doesn't provide reliving letter never give experience certificate hold your salary for 2-3 months hold your bonus and receivables

Worst LTD company ever seen in Life No Leave Policy No F&F settlement 15 Days of salary is always on hold Worst AVP policy Food quality worst Non Technical staff who don't even know about Engineering are on higher positions Contractors are hired as Senior Project Managers worst Hiring Process no background check

Joining formalities are one of the worst You will get the first salary after 2 to three months depends on the join date The site working culture is one of the worst in the current scenario and standards You will not get my minimum facilities in the guest house There are no policies in any department In our project total 306 locations work is going on and only 1safety and 1 quality officer deployed with this definitely you will get a idea Finally I won't recommend to join in this company.

GVPR company is one among them who cares about the employees and provide them with appropriate pay and benefits , work -life balance, an opportunity to use skills and abilities ,job security ,safety policies ,and diversity within in workplace .
