I am working with GVPR Engineers Limited. Mean dislikes means I think increments are too come and to take some time And benefits not yet all I think no benefits and PF I don't know some peoples are said .

Team matea are doing their own job but team ratio is less. No training form company side. secure job. innovative thought are unpopular. Work life balance is same in all construction works.

Salary is too less, work is independent of time. Basic and PF are even less. Little team work culture.

...nment & culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is also supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give salary on time & bonus every year.

Nothing to like: worst company they Hold the 15 Days employees salary not giving slary on time always late , poor facility no proper food & accommodation suggest every one not to Go GVPR it is Hell

They Not providing salary upto 2 month after joining they worries that employee not to exit, After joining and seeing worst employees facilities the employee not able to leave early they keep hold the salary upto month , suggest every one not to Go GVPR it is Hell

The company is not good, there is no fnf in the company, first salary is after 2 months, there is no support from senior staff, duty is 12 hours,bad accomodation and food there is no salary even after notice period, if you stay at home during salary date or time, you will not get money and not provide el and cl this is company popicy
