There is no life balance even you have to work 27*7 hours at low salary, instead of sunday there is no holiday only you have to attend all the calls and manage the work,only on sunday you will go any where. but be active on call. There is a rude behaviour of your seniors even they abuses on meeting to their juniors, there is a feeling that you are labour anyone came and abuse.

...ity, you will always get the threat of being terminated for every single day. Salary has no proper timing 24 hrs you have to attend calls. Overall a bad comapny to work for each and single employee is just streching his her job any how till they get the new one.

There is a lot of politics and management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
