Company is good, the CEO and some people are really amazing. But working with Digital team under Shagun is akin to signingup for a descent into chaos and despair. Here's why: Beware of Shagun and Apoorva: If you're unfortunate enough to find yourself under the reign of Shagun and Apoorva, brace yourself for a world of porment. Life turned into hell: They excel at turning your work life into a literal hell, with their incessant micromanagement and unreasonale demands. Micromanagement madness: Who asks team memebrs to explain the each process of what they are doing all the time in detail? explain the tasks and projects you working on an hourly basis in excel and share with them every morning - WhatTheHell? From the moment you step foot in your work hours, prepare to have every aspect of your work scrutinized and controlled. Writing an email - They'll dictate every word. Developing clients relationships - Forget it, They're too insecure to let you have any autonomy. No work life balance: working at this company means surrendering any hope of a work life balance. Expect to be on call 24/7, with no respite in sight. No recognition and aapriciation on your hardwork. They will grab all the good credits and the bad will be yours. Understaffed graphic team: the graphic team consists of a solitary individual tasked with handling the workload of multiple clients. needless to say, quality and timeliness suffer as a result. Mass exodus of talent : The creative and copy teams have been decimated by resignations, all thanks to the oppressive dictatorship of Shagun and AP. Management seems oblivious to the reasons behind the mass exodus. Narcissistic nightmare: Shagun epitomize narcisstistic behaviour, with her displaying a shoking ignorance of even the most basic digital concepts. only join if you've completely lost hope in life. HR puppetry: the hr department is nothing more than a puppet, serving the whims of the reporting managers without quetions. False promises: don't be fooled by the promises of "Family Fridays" and bonuses during the recruitment process. They're merely lollipops designed to lure unsuspecting victims into their web of despair. steer clear of company unless you're a glutton for punishment. working here will only lead to misery and regret.

If you're working with Shagun and Apoorva beware!!! They will make your life into literal hell. Micromanaged every little aspect from day to day activity including how to write a mail , what to write ,and doesn't want us to have good relation with clients as they are insecure. You'll work 24 / 7 here no work life balance. Graphic team is only one person for all clients..all the creative and copy team members resigned because of their dictatorship and yet management doesn't understand why so many employees are leaving. Narcissistic behaviour of both the people , don't join until u lost hope from ur life.

Work From Home option.

Dislikes

Company claims to be digitally focused and offers digital marketing services, but people at the top don't understand it. The Digital Marketing client portfolio is also very weak. It can get frustrating for those who want to learn and progress in the ever transforming digital age. Negative work culture - speaking up about the problems and suggesting changes to rectify the challenges is frowned upon and strongly discouraged. Politics flows from top to down. The feedback culture is one sided and is used against the employees rather that to uplift them. Power play is encouraged to keep the employees bound. Because of these issues many people leave the company and high turnover rate is a clear sign of the problem. Very low compensation - salary here is lower than paid in similar size agencies. It could get difficult to make ends meet. The appraisals are mere 3-5%, the hopes get shattered here. Zero work life balance - Working from home sounds nice, but that means one is expected to work late and not question the practice or expect compensation for overtime. To make more profit employees are overloaded with work. Unethical Financial practice - there has been concern about unethical financial practice here. This is highly concerning! They lie to clients about team strength and capability to handle a project. Good, talented people don't join here, and those who do leave it soon after. Be careful!
