Qatar Energy LNG - Project (AKA - QG / Ras Gas Project)
I strongly advise against joining the Qatar Energy LNG Project due to the poor management and work environment. The Manager and Assistant Manager, while individually competent, lack the ability to effectively lead a team. They fail to advocate for their team, instead agreeing with everything the client and upper management demand, leaving the team unsupported and overwhelmed.
Management assigns unrealistic tasks and expects them to be completed overnight, leading to a lack of job satisfaction. Tasks are impossible to complete within a day.
The work process is constantly changing, yet improvement is expected in just a month. Favoritism & Nepotism is rampant, with certain employees receiving less work, while others are overloaded, affecting their performance and leading to frustration.
Zero communication from top hierarchy—employees are left in the dark, with no guidance or clear instructions from upper management.
Annual leave is planned well in advance, but management often cancels or delays it, citing poor performance, leaving employees drained and exhausted.
The email volume is inhuman, with each individual receiving close to 1,700 emails daily, all of which are expected to be addressed.
GWC has been featured multiple times in Forbes for its Middle East performance, but it's perplexing how a company recognized for excellence can impose a 24/7 work expectation on employees, blatantly violating basic labor laws. This contradiction raises serious concerns about the criteria for such recognition.
The QE - LNG Project is plagued by poor management, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of support. Employees face overwhelming workloads, unfair treatment, and violations of labor laws, leading to a toxic work environment. I strongly recommend avoiding this project.
...r-level tasks, but I have not received any promotion or benefits for my efforts. My official position is still "Order Processor," and my salary remains at the basic level. Despite this, I am often required to work 16–18 hours daily, while seniors with the same responsibilities only work 8 hours.
Over the last four years, I have received no benefits, and this has caused me significant mental stress. Despite my dedication and hard work, my supervisor prioritizes seniors for any opportunities or leaves, leaving employees like me struggling.
I kindly request that someone investigate this matter and take action to ensure fairness and support for all employees, especially those in the "Order Processor" role. Please consider our well-being and take steps to improve working conditions.

...12 accounts daily, while senior employees are only managing one or two accounts. Despite this significant difference in workload, my salary remains at the basic level, and there are no additional benefits or allowances provided.
Additionally, my working hours often stretch to 12 to 15 hours a day without overtime pay. This is unfair, especially considering that the seniors, with much lighter workloads, work standard hours and enjoy better pay and treatment.
The imbalance in work distribution and compensation is causing immense stress and frustration among the employees in similar roles. I kindly request that the management review this situation and take steps to ensure a fair distribution of workload and proper recognition for the effort and hours contributed.
Like us we work for a project Qatar Gas (North) one of the worst project no increment/no appraisal/scariest work environment/more responsibility/no benefits.
