There will be no response from their side, if we contact them regards of Salary Delay or any other emergency situations. Off course salary is delay. Will hold salary for unwanted reasons. Pay scale is comparitively low. There is no proper communication channel & organisation structure. They are not Providing PPE for Employee.

...he lack of medical benefits is alarming, especially in today's work environment. I have not received any salary increments, despite my contributions and hard work. Additionally, there are no holiday allowances, which has significantly impacted my work-life balance. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication from higher authorities. I've reached out multiple times regarding these issues but received no response. This lack of support and recognition makes it difficult to stay motivated. I cannot recommend Gulflloys Industrial Services based on my experience.

Apart from the opportunity nothing was good. 1- salary very late around 14th /15th one time even on 17th of next month 2- No proper communication. No one will pick your call maybe after 100 times , no problem reply 3- No salary slip Everything was worst you can ask anyone who is working there

I'm happy to work with Gulf Lloyd and Gulf Lloyd provides the job security as they promised in thier tender and work culture is excellent and management is outstanding and company policy is also outstanding.

There should be need to improve way of working with their employees with more professionally and officially.

Worst company in my entire career. Employers don't know how to talk to their employees they use abusive language and after completing a contractual period they did not give last month's salary.
