Good working environment even job training and many seminars can be attended Even get the experience of wellknown and govt. handed organization. Working culture and distribution of work is great organized.

Dislikes

Head is not value for individuals strength and not motivate to work. The person who is working will have to do only, even not that much support to employee. And yes major thing is politics and ego crashing between upper level management.
