The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latesh technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Likes

1) You will get great knowledge in this upstream company 2) You will be eyewitness, how officers will fantastically handle problems, you will gain great knowledge from them. 3) Staff members are goods 4) Atmosphere of the work place is pleasure .

Dislikes

1 ) Little risk of scorpions and snakes due company's remote location in monsoon season only. 2) Everything is good

Work is normal and can learn many if we work hard. Job security is not there as iam in contact role. Increment and promotion we can't expect.

Dislikes

Less career development training and no increments , promotions. Safety also bit comparitively less, if we follow its good to us.
