...nagement is transparent.there is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is keeping trust on the employees and getting the result. I am managing PF Trust also with a freedom of investment and due to that I am delivering the rate of interest far better than EPFO, on PF fund of members. Such trustworthiness prevails throughout the company.

Dislikes

There is no much difference for staff and officers wage. Officers having much more responsibilities and comparatively low salaries.Staff have much more job security than officers

...e govt. support and culture job security is quite high subject to career growth. Salary is satisfactory but perks are attractive .Appraisal is mandatorily must follow bell shape curve. Travel depends on concerned department e.g. Marketing Dept. is max. Politics ha ha ha it is every where. Learning depends on your hunger and may not be directly lucrative . Work environment is friendly. Innovation is not enough as r and d is not that significant . Work life balance is very good except the employees performing shift duty.

It was a pleasure working in a family environment in the Company. Though salary package was on lower side, job security was maximum. Skill and knowledge development maximum but career growth limited as attrition rate was poor.

The Company is Gujarat Government owned and hence political interference is evident.
