Management staff growth is good. Salary is also good for management staff. No high pressure work for management staff.

Dislikes

No growth for technician. Very low salary for technician employee. Hard work for technician employee. No benefits for technicians employee. Medical benefits is only 2 lakh per family.

Working Culture is good and all the HODs , manager, officers are supportive here

Job Security is Zero for Lower Employees and Salary and Pramotion Policy is so bad,No value for Hardworker. management always think about Exicutive Officers.

Not too stressed work which can effect personal life so that is the one big and only positive thing

...tally worthless and 1 year probation phase totally 4 years for new candidate , Slary hike is b*** shit top management is very pathetic with their salary hike BSc candidat get nothing and top management get hike of average minimum 15% without any reason , This organization is very much in wrong hand and people are working here getting dipped in very cheap and low quality politics which is used by management, After finishing 3 years training they again stretch the training period for 6 month recently, for 20+ candidate without any reason, Don't deserve too get best place award at any angle

Poor career growth and extremely poor compensation and appraisal. Upper management lacks vision to be big, being non-technical. Will not recommend for people who wants to learn and grow. Only for people who wants to enjoy good work-life balance with minimal learning and growth aspiration.
