HR policy are good and pay scale is also apt according to experience. Company offers vehicle, housing interest loan, personal loan and good salary structure which helps in saving lot of tax

There are human biases during annual apprisal. Due to such type of politics the desired candidate is not rewarded based on his excellent performance, where as the under perform candidate getting healthy increament as well as promotion to.
