There are human biases during annual apprisal. Due to such type of politics the desired candidate is not rewarded based on his excellent performance, where as the under perform candidate getting healthy increament as well as promotion to.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
