It is possible to work in a mess, but there is no per year increment here. And the deduction of bonus and LTA money should be stopped. And the same money should be given here.

Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Overtime pay , Team working nature , traveling facilities , Get to gather facilities , Salary on time . Safety and caring of employes.

Canteen facilities food improving , In Get to gather involve all family mamber with parents , Every plant required Washroom facilities , Bus facilities Improving in Shift timing . Breakfast variety and food variety improvement , Leave facility improve . Office facility ia not available in ETP .

At Dahej site company management is very worst. L6 oriented company. Bonus cutting in our salary return with zero interest. No AC bus for Engineers, Technicians. Canteen food also not good. Increment policy very worst.
