Company is decent, probability of development. What i like is that till date, no one was fired from job by management.

... work, work pressure is high. Management do not value an individuals strengths. No increment policy, no employee frendly salary structure, no annunal bonus, no reward bonus, you have to work on holidays also. Whenever you plan leave there is a important work ready by management towards you.

My point of view this company not give employees medical safet. And not give good hr response. But I am working in QC. Lab. There is good opportunity and I am working independent and honestly and everything flowing sop.. In this company good work ony QC lab.

Worst organization no working culture as well toxic environment here is the unprofessional people working hours not fix nobody addressed employees problem and issue's there is the very dirty politics play by HOD's no working system no Hr policies no facilities overall worst
