...name sake. Don't expect any help from them Admin is the worst i have ever seen. Night shift allowance is too low compared to other companies No bonus / celebration benefits

It's most of them are my concerns , least of them of Dislikes • It's doesn't have any Appraisal over years , My most concern • We face severe Chicken Box spreading over the office (NGL), they don't care , company just depend on government schemes • No Proper Over time add-ons ( like Extra Wages, Free Foods) • Still I feel like studying in School ( Old Fashioned), by seprating Women and Men • Need a Better Lighting ( Brighter ) • Formals for Night Shift is Literally Hell • 4 days for Formals for boys only is too bad ( Offcourse Girls didn't wear Formals ) , this my least Concern

Based on my experience you will get some good colleague friends have network with them and about the salary its on time while working in this company. I worked as an AR caller basically it is tier 3 healthcare based company. Only benefits you get is the package and its on time

Dislikes

Need a proper training, Need good assistance while working, work pressure and work timings are too high, Targets are always there if u cant hit target and meet your production u get lop for sure, Need proper intimation and valid reason to terminate some people. There is no bench time out there and if no project out there they only give u pip and terminate you no bench out there. Work life balance is bad. Better think concern these things and take the job offer.

Of course there are certain superiors who are not upto our expectations and having biased actions from their end

some of company policies are not gud like no good salary hike every year, 12 hrs working time even if we are not interested , force u to stay back every day and no pay for that or less than u deserve. HR IS JUST JOKE SO THEY ARE NO USE. IF U ARE MANAGEMENT SIDE U GOOD ONE AND IF U STAY ON EMPLOYEE SIDE THEN ITS BETTER U RESIGN OR STAY IDLE.
