A mid range Product based Insurance company, 150 years old with a very good work culture. I work in IT as they have various departments such as Operations and others. The portfolio which I am in is very good and as a Scrum Master, it's one the best companies to work with. Good work Life balance, 36 annual leave - one of the best in the industry, free cab facility and few other small benefits as well. You have complete freedom to implement your ideas, people are helpful and I can add a lot.

Dislikes

150 year product based with very good financial strength and Fortune 250. 1 - Yearly bonus can be added 2 - Less benefits compared to other product based 3 - Not much tax saving benefits 4 - Working hours -12pm to 9pm which can be tough for few

Job Security and Salary gets credited on the 25th of every month. 36 days vacation leave for every calendar year.

...om 1-10 or 12-9). Most of the teams waste lots of time in collaboration calls. Poor hike and salary increment. So much of politics and bad mounting about the US team. Most of the time you'll end up in some support project.

... are always there but can be a bit slow. Associate compensation is overwhelming. Middle management do not get any additional benefits other than the pay. If you are planning to retire, this can be the best place. Challenges and learning might be limited to the process we are in as this is a captive unit.

The company is employee centric in terms of letting them put there views and points forward. Our suggestions are valued. There are various activities that are being organized that encourages us to be in office, and have fun with out teams along with the work we do. Facility of cab which is provided is good one. The working environment is good which makes it great place to work.

Dislikes

... months time period eligibility criteria if reduced to 12 months would be great. Salary package offered is little low. If it is the same, so atleast one time meal during the shift hours can be offered by the campus.
