Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing for which I should write

Dislikes

There are many things like they don't pay salary on time, you have to fight for them every month and then they pay salary, sometimes in 2 months they pay half salary of one month, if you complain to seniors then no action is taken on it even after giving proofs. All in all there are very bad people there...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...k, like that work isn't complete, you won't be paid unless you do it completely. They never intend to pay, no matter how hard or swiftly you work. I hope and pray they too feel the pain and agony 5x which I have incurred by nonpayment of my dues. GTI Infotel - Maya Jaiswal and Deepesh Shukla.
