1. 6 Days Working 2. Hire-fire issue 3. Strict punch in and punch out - Salary deduction 4. Company owner will sit with all the employees at the log out time so that nobody will leave the system 5. Usually people who work there are working because they are not getting job at any other place. And the owner of the company is taking advantage of that. 6. Fixed break time
