What I like the most about Gspann is , its cultural principles. The recognition employees receive and the abilty to to communicate openly with top leadership, where even the most junior staff are heard, are standout features. While HR policies could be enhanced, Gspann boasts a team of heighly skilled employees, managers, and Directors. However, a few individuals are tarnishing the company's reputation by engaging in favoritism and internal politics. Moreover, I like flexible working hours.

Dislikes

...vor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.

Your experience is not considered in this company. If you want promotion, you need to be good with your managers. No need of technical excellence is required to get promoted. HR people are good for nothing here. If you complain against someone, these hrs ask the same person " hey we got complain against you and please let us know what should we do" :D

...rt so i don't know about how the appraisals and other perks related stuff works. I evaluate my experience based on how management treated me with ease (salary wise, role wise etc.,). Work culture was so friendly. Environment was nice to work. Flexible office hours. less micro management.

Not happy with role and salary, which is not even matching with journey with company since I am part of Gspann many years. Even managers not interested to listen during pay hikes discussion.
