...ers, I feel compelled to share my horrific experience with G source Technology. Not only did they withhold my entire months salary without justification, but their response to my inquiries was utterly disgraceful. Upon contacting their HR department, Nora displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic manners. her abrasive and dismissive attitude left me appalled and frustrated. Its clear that employee respect and decency are nonexistent in this organisation. furthermore, the founder, Sandip, revealed himself to be heartless and devoid of any ethical compass. G source Technologies operates like a beggar company, devoid of integrity or empathy save yourself the trouble and avoid G source Technology at all costs. ...f on Saturdays. No off on festivals even though there is not a lot of work here. Salary is extremely poor. 12th pass graduates can get more in bpos.

The environment is so toxic and there is so much politics playing by the upper management, there is not much things to learn in this organisation only you required basic level of revit and have to match scan all of your time.

...My time at G Source Technologies was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only was I promised a salary 22k, but in the first month, they failed to secure any projects, leading to a toxic environment of office politics and eventual termination. To add insult to injury, when they assured me my salary would be settled on March 15th, I received a measly 1200 rupees for my 22 days of work. Let that sink in – a disgraceful pittance for the hard work I put in as an MEP engineer. This company is not just third-rate; it's a disgrace to the concept of professionalism. Sandip, the founder, behaves more like a mafia boss than a respectable leader, issuing threats of legal action without hesitation. The entire management team is nothing short of a political circus, orchestrating power plays while disregarding the welfare of their employees. Mobile phones are banned not just during office hours but even afterwards, as if our lives are owned by the company. In short, G Source Technologies is a sinking ship, and anyone considering joining should steer clear unless they enjoy being treated like expendable pawns in a game of corporate chess. Sincerely, Er.
