Job security level is verry well based on your working performance.work culture is like a small scale industries.friendly management,friendly HR executives.salary credited on perfect time.company polices is based on as per indian laws.

I am very disappointend on limitted food and poor catering service.salary package is low compare to other MNC companies.and suffering from skin alergy diseases for fiberglass.

1.Groupnism (HR and his group,corporate team,Chennai team) 2. HR Policies 3.HR Head behavior (like road side goon) 4.Senior managers are not doing their job. Many HOD's you can find on Tea tables with girls.HOD's texting to female employees.

Standard work culture. Lots of activities but no-one takes part in them. Food provided. Good IT and HR department.

No proper input given , very high expectations and other people helped me instead of my own team.No teamwork at all.No work life balance , always kept me in confusion regarding the policies as well. No proper communication. Lots of Partiality and favouritism.
