Work environment is generally fast paced and occasionally high pressure due to the nature of the work. This sometimes leads to longer working hours and can hinder work life balance.

...just to give an example. The hiring process is wonderful and easily streamlined. Routine trainings sessions, salary payments on time, option for sabbatical leave, weekly/monthly fun events, etc.

Management is really approachable and they listen to the feedback. Work life balance is pretty sorted out and no work is there over the weekends

Salary is decent but client base of the organisation is not that big

..., and not par with the industry ~ Leaves are too less ~ Work is not structured ~ Pay cuts during Covid-19, the pay is still not compensated in salary even after one year ~ Way too much internal politics for a company with less than 100 employees

Great place for career growth in SEO. The client base is strong and get to work with big clients from the start. The seniors are always there to guide and support. The work culture is good and Flexible work policy.

Dislikes

Did not experience any downside.
